CONTRACT:
A property rental contract is made.

EXPENSES:
For July and August the expenses are included in the rental price.
The rest of the months the expenses (water, electricity and gas) are charged separetely.

End cleaning: 80€ + 20€ (extra for dogs)
Deposit: 500€
Set sheets and towels: 13€/person

RESERVATION:
To make the reservation of the property, a payment of 25% of the total rental price is made in advance.
The remaining amount is payed 1 month before the entry date.
